All physical campus retail locations are closed

As per the University of Guelph's policy regarding COVID-19 our retail locations are closed until further notice. Please refer to this page for ongoing updates with regards to the Bookstore, Gryph's Locker, and Pro Shop.

 

Course Materials – Spring/Summer 2020 Semester

The University Bookstore continues to source both physical and digital materials as normal. While the Bookstore remains closed, we will continue to ship all course materials to students. Free shipping within Canada and standard shipping charges internationally. Please allow 5 business days for shipping.

 

Online Orders

There have been several changes to our online store. We will continue to do our best to fulfill and ship all online orders. In-store pickups are suspended until further notice. Please bear with us as order processing and delivery times will be delayed. Please expect delays in shipping. Expect 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered.

At this time we will be prioritizing textbook orders to help students continue with their learning. We are currently receiving shipments on Wednesdays only. Please check back on Thursdays to see if the item you are looking for is in stock.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Please contact us via email if you are looking to return or exchange an item. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping.

 

Meal Plans

Due to our storefront being closed we are now taking student card payments. If you would like to pay for your order with your student or faculty/staff card, please email the Bookstore.

 

 Please note that we only accept the following plans: Textbook, Carryover, Flex, Staff/Faculty, and Gift Cards.
