How To Rent

• Students can book in store or via phone - (519) 824-4120 ext. 53715. We do take bookings over email, but it is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from the Bookstore.
  
• You will need to know the degree you are graduating with (e.g., BSc, BA, BComm) along with each member in your group
• Pick up will occur on the day of your booking from the Bookstore Info Desk. 
• The gowns are available for rent for 24 hour periods, or over the weekend if rented out on Fridays.
• Gown rental waiver forms and payment are due at pick up.

Pricing

Each gown & hood rental is subject $50 fee + a $50 deposit due at time of rental.  The $50 deposit is refunded upon return. If the rental is returned late or damaged, the deposit may be forfeited.

We have a limited supply of gowns and hoods. Please book as far in advance as possible to guarantee a rental.  If you do not pick up your rental on the day booked, your rental will be automatically cancelled.

Information

We do not rent gowns in June due to Convocation. Please note, your gown rental is included as part of your convocation registration.
