Order Pick Up

When you place an order for in-store pick up, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Once we have picked your order you will get a second email indicating your order is ready for pick up and payment has completed. No booking is required to pick up your order. Please ensure you have the following items when picking up:

• print/digital copy of your order confirmation
• valid government issued piece of identification
  

If a friend or family member is picking up your order, they must have a print/digital copy of your order confirmation.

It is also mandatory that anyone entering campus complete the U of G's COVID-19 Screening form. 

From  January 11 through to the 22, all orders can be picked up from the front entrance of the Bookstore in the MacNaughton Building. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Our pick up hours will be reduced to 12 to 5 after that. Please pick up your order at your earliest convenience.
